We work in and around Whangamatā and up and down the Coromandel. Every job is run by one project manager from consent through to handover.

Consultation and site visit
We come and look at the site, talk through scope and budget, and tell you honestly what is achievable.

Design and consent
We work with your architect, designer and engineers, price the job, and manage the consent process.

Build
The build runs to a programme set in planning. Trades are booked ahead, not chased.

Handover
Final walkthrough, keys and the documentation set, with the Master Build 10-Year Guarantee behind it.
