Project Overview:

The Seaview Road project has been an exciting and challenging endeavor for the TPS team. This extensive renovation has transformed both the interior and exterior of the property, creating a seamless blend of modern design and functionality. Our work included installing a floating deck for the guest house and a custom walkway to connect it with the main house, as well as a strategic extension to the master and guest bedrooms for added space.

The project required complex engineering and architectural collaboration, including quick problem-solving for structural issues and redesigns where necessary. Highlights of the project include beautiful deck installations, vertical privacy screens, cladding work, oak flooring refinishing, significant drainage upgrades to prepare for a cobblestone driveway, and brand new boundary fences to finish off the landscape.

Architectural Style: Luxury Coastal – A sophisticated blend of modern elegance and relaxed coastal charm.

Materials Used:
The exterior features Shadowclad Board and Batten Cladding, complemented by a classic Cobblestone Driveway and Antique Limestone Pavers, creating a timeless look. We used durable Vitex Decking, and  sleek Reverso Grigio Natural Tile inside. The pergolas and fencing are supported by strong and stunning Glulam Posts and Beams, adding an architectural edge to the design.

Special Features:

‍This beachfront retreat boasts standout features such as a charming cobblestone driveway, adding a classic touch as you arrive. A beautifully crafted walkway connecting the main house and guest house, offering a seamless flow between spaces. A standout enclosed loggia, complete with recessed blinds and a glass roof, provides a versatile space for year-round enjoyment—bringing the outdoors in while maintaining privacy and comfort.
