Where do you build?
Whangamatā and the Coromandel. If your section is outside that, call anyway and we will tell you straight whether we are the right builder for it.
Do you do renovations as well as new builds?
Yes, both. Plenty of people come to us while they are still deciding which one their house needs.
Can you give me a price over the phone?
Not a real one. We will not put a number on a custom build before we have seen the site and the plans. After the site visit you get a full estimate.
Do you handle council consents?
Yes. We manage the consent process and coordinate the architects, designers and engineers the job needs.
What if I do not live in Whangamatā?
A lot of our clients do not. One project manager runs the job, site meetings are scheduled, and if you cannot get here we bring the meeting to you.
Are you Registered Master Builders?
