Our Hauturu renovation was truly one-of-a-kind! When we discovered some unconventional rafters in the lower story’s roof, it called for a major rebuild. But the TPS team took it in stride, expertly rebuilding the roof structure and giving the home a fresh look with new cladding and windows.

Inside, we made sure the house was cozy and modern by re-insulating and updating the interior linings. We also added a spacious extension for the dining room, creating a bright, inviting space that enhances the flow of the home. The new layout breathes fresh life into the home while still honoring its original charm.

This project really highlights our team’s dedication to tackling challenges head-on and delivering top-notch quality in every detail
