Project Overview:
We are thrilled to present our latest project, Diana Ave, a magnificent example of modern luxury living. This stunning home boasts 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living areas, and a grand entertainment zone that seamlessly integrates the main living, kitchen, dining, and outdoor decking areas.
From the start, our clients had a clear vision of their dream home, and while the journey had its challenges, we worked closely with them to ensure every detail reflected their desires. For instance, the original deck design required handrails due to height regulations, something that didn’t align with their vision. To resolve this, Bryce suggested stepping down the back half of the house where the bedrooms are, ensuring compliance without compromising the aesthetic.
Additionally, early in the build, the front façade felt too plain. In collaboration with the owners and designers, Bryce proposed adding Abodo feature cladding to the entry level, creating a striking, seamless garage and front door.
The use of high-quality materials, precise craftsmanship, and attention to detail ensured that every aspect of this project exudes elegance and sophistication.
