Architecturally designed by Archikraft with input from Bryce and the clients, this minor dwelling was created to add flexibility to the property without overcomplicating the way it is used.
The new space was designed to serve several purposes: comfortable accommodation for guests, an additional area for entertaining, and practical storage for Greg's toys and equipment.
Careful planning helped make the most of the available space, balancing architectural detail with the functional requirements of everyday use. The result is a versatile secondary dwelling that complements the main home while giving the owners valuable extra space for family, friends and storage.
It is a compact build with plenty of purpose, designed to work hard, look considered and add lasting value to the property.
