Set across three storeys and positioned right by the water, Gerbic House is a long-standing family bach being given a complete new lease on life.

The project includes a full interior renovation, complete re-clad and new decks, transforming the existing home while retaining its role as a much-loved place for the family to come together. With the bach regularly hosting a full house over summer, the renovation has been focused on creating durable, practical spaces that can comfortably handle plenty of family and guests.

The new decks strengthen the connection between the home and its waterfront setting, providing more space for outdoor living and making the most of the coastal lifestyle.
