Project Overview:
Our client engaged us to manage the intricate task of landing a transportable home approximately 30 meters uphill from the road using a crane. The first step involved removing existing units and a caravan from the site, followed by preparing the area for engineered retaining walls, foundations, and a deck.
This project required us to handle some of the largest poles we had ever worked with, measuring 7 meters in length and 400mm in diameter. Following the build plan meticulously, we placed the foundations and awaited the arrival of the transportable home. Much to our delight, the placement was executed flawlessly, with the building landing perfectly without any issues.
With the home securely in place, our team eagerly began constructing a beautiful vitex deck. This stage of the project allowed us to showcase our dedication to quality and attention to detail, creating a stunning outdoor space that complemented the transportable home perfectly.
This project was truly out of the ordinary and posed several unique challenges that required innovative thinking and problem-solving. Our clients were thrilled with the outcome, and we were proud to have delivered a seamless and successful installation.
