Project Overview:
We were approached by a client who wanted to renovate their home, creating a more open and functional living space while updating various areas throughout the property. This comprehensive renovation involved structural changes, interior updates, and exterior enhancements, all tailored to the client’s needs.
To achieve a more open and inviting atmosphere, we removed a load-bearing wall in the kitchen and installed a sturdy beam, seamlessly connecting the kitchen and dining areas. This structural change not only improved the flow of the home but also enhanced its aesthetic appeal. We removed the old kitchen and installed a brand-new, state-of-the-art kitchen. The new kitchen not only looks stunning but also offers improved functionality, making it the heart of the home.
We renovated two existing bathrooms, incorporating modern fixtures and finishes that reflect the client’s style and preferences. Each bathroom was transformed into a more comfortable and visually pleasing space, demonstrating our commitment to quality and attention to detail.
Understanding the client’s need for more bedrooms, we built a new wall to create an additional bedroom, maximizing the home’s functionality. This change was executed with precision, ensuring it blended seamlessly with the existing layout.
The outdoor living space received significant attention as we extended and reinforced the existing deck. By adding more piles and using new decking materials, we ensured the deck is both solid and visually appealing, perfect for relaxation and entertainment.
